Starting The Journey

You take the first step towards a better life when you call us.

Our Admissions Coordinator is available at twenty-four hours a day, so you can reach us any day at any time. We will be glad to provide you with any information you need, answer your questions, and determine how we can best be of service.

We will conduct a brief assessment over the phone to ensure that we can help you find the right help for your particular situation. Our hope is that The Runway is the right fit for you or your loved one. Once that determination is made, we can start making the necessary arrangements.

Making Arrangements & Financial Compatibility

Once it has been determined that the The Runway program is the correct program for a potential client, the next step is to establish financial compatibility. We are in-network with Anthem, MHN and Tricare, and we accept most PPO insurance and are committed to working with anyone who is serious about treatment. Our Admissions Coordinator will get your information over the phone and we will contact the insurance company for you.

Our rates are all-inclusive (excluding medication and doctor) unless you choose to take advantage of additional ancillary services. You will be notified in advance if any service is recommended that will require additional payment, and you will always have the option to decline that service.

The price of our treatment programs vary depending on the program, diagnosis at the time of admission, level of care, withdrawal symptoms, and accommodations.
